Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for being a part of the KD FitLife community and for your ongoing commitment to your health and fitness.

This notice serves to inform all members of our 60-Day Cancellation Policy, which applies to all ongoing class memberships.
Cancellation Policy:

Members who wish to cancel their class membership must provide written notice at least 60 days prior to their desired cancellation date.

Notice must be submitted via email to kdfitlife@gmail.com.

The 60-day notice period begins on the date your cancellation request is received.

Members are responsible for all payments due during the 60-day notice period, regardless of class attendance.

After the 60-day period ends, billing will stop, and access to classes will be discontinued unless a new membership is started.
Example:
If a cancellation notice is received on March 1, the membership and billing will continue through April 30, with cancellation taking effect on May 1.

We appreciate your understanding. This policy helps us manage class availability, staffing, and scheduling to best serve all of our members.
Refund Policy:
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for memberships, class cards, or personal training sessions.
